• Prepare the needed Project Execution plan which is the plan used for controlling managing the Health, Safety & Environment with the required quality Control Management and the Prepared Security Plan and all the other Site rolls and applicable policies.
• Prepare the required security plan for the client’s review which is included below:
  • Required Number of Armed Static guards.
  • Required Number & specifications for the weapons and other accessories.
  • The work schedule for static guards in names & dates on a weekly/ monthly base.
  • Identifying if the client’s location needs to be protected by CCTV or not included the required details about type, specifications, installation, number, and monitoring for the CCTV.
  • Written Specific Access control procedure as required by the type of client’s business.
  • Written searching procedure as required to ensure that the security levels parameters are within the acceptable limits.
  • Prepare the Patrol procedure with all its related details if required under the consultation of Passawan’s staff or clients required.
